Valentines 50 Update!

We are looking forward to a great weekend at the Valentines 50!  We have 184 games in just over 2 days, and we are super excited!  Please double check your schedule, as the corrections and update were posted last night.   

As a reminder, we are an Alliance Stats Only event, but you must score with AGL.  Those of you who play Alliance events, please make sure you use AGL.  This was a late addition to the event, and will only impact those of you who score with AGL.  More to come on this for future events, but we're excited to get started now.  

A couple of reminders:

* There is no permanent seating in the domes, so parents are welcome to bring their favorite chair.

* Coaches, please send your scores immediately following your games to (419) 540-2136.  

I know some of you have my personal number and have sent your scores to that number in the past.  

However, that may delay entry as both me and my staff will be referencing the above number to input scores properly.  

    We will do our best to have brackets live within an hour of the final game in each age division.  I know you'll be wanting the brackets quickly, so you will have a great estimate of your game time if you submit scores on time.  This will allow us to keep the standings pretty accurate. So please, submit your scores. In the past, we have spent valuable time looking up games on GC or AGL, but that takes time and slows down the process of getting brackets posted.  

* There is a gate fee per person upon entering the dome.  Please remind your parents so they are not surprised. They'll get an arm band when they enter the facility that is good for both facilities.  

* There are hot food concessions at TOCA (Total Sports). Prepackaged food only at the Rossford Soccer Center Dome.  

* Doors will open about 3:45PM on Friday for those playing the first round.  

* Reminder there is limited warmup area at both facilities.  Please share.  Modify your warmup to accommodate a smaller area. At Rossford Soccer Center, there are two cages.  Please limit your team to one cage and be prepared to use it for 20 minutes, then rotate and let the other team use the cage.  

* Please review the rules.  Please be aware of the revert back rules. 

* There will be an apparel vendor onsite at both facilities. They may not be open 24 hours at both locations, however they will provide an online order system that you can pick up the next day when they open or have shipped to you.
